"meeting the needs of many students - of all ages"

St. Francis is a day school with residential facilities for young people with physical and/or medical disabilities. It is a centre of educational excellence and opportunity, offering a full curriculum from Nursery to Primary, through to Secondary and beyond, to the age of nineteen. Students attend with a Statement of Special Educational Needs from all over Lincolnshire and from neighbouring counties.

At St. Francis School we have very high expectations of all our students. Ours is a very happy and caring school community but also a very purposeful one. We aim to promote life long learning and it is this commitment to developing and celebrating the skills and talents of all our students which is central to our philosophy. At the same time we try to ensure that they are well prepared to take their place in a rapidly changing technological society.

The structure of educational provision - small classes and high staffing levels - allows St. Francis to offer individual Education Plans to cater for this extraordinary diversity of need.
